This movie shows a line up of a dozen or so tractor trailer trucks.
These trucks are empty - many are idling (as you can hear.)
The video shows people who wish to be on the waterfront - being
forced to walk a gauntlet of illegally parked empty tractor trailer
trucks - many with engines idling. What an entranceway to the downtown
waterfront! Can it be made any more unattractive?! Welcome to Toronto's
