This movie shows a line up of a dozen or so buses. These buses are not dropping passengers off or picking them up - therefore according to Toronto bylaws - these buses are parked, illegally (in front of No Parking signs). The sidewalk is only 9 foot wide - imagine trying to load several hundred passengers safely under these conditions.
